​​ Precision Machining (PM)

The gap between Research and development and final qualified product cannot be filled without having precision machining. NCMS aims to provide manufacturing process services with high precise machining to meet NCMS customer’s expectations. That could be achieved by focusing on two significant factors, punctuality and customer satisfactions. PM utilizes modern technologies to give optimum solutions, including production process by Computer Numerical Controlled machines (CNC) and programing with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Manufacture (CAM) tools with high quality assurance scheme to follow. ​

CAD/CAM

CAD/CAM programs are used to help the operator to produce high quality parts. To reach the highest level of production, we use the most powerful CAD/CAM programs available in the market. Our CAD/CAM programs are up to date to keep our work at the best performance.

CNC Machining

NCMS uses advanced CNCs which facilitate the manufacturing of precise products. PM has the ability to manufacture wide verity of parts, from the simplest to the most complex by using innovative equipment such as turn mill machine 3, 4, 5 up to 9 axes, lathes, milling, Electrical discharge machining (EDM) ,and grinding. By keeping tight tolerance, NCMS facilities increase the quality of the products to fulfill the requirements and meet the customer expectations.

PM Quality Assurance

Quality assurance is considered to be one of the most important priorities in our manufacturing process during all stages. Achieving the most reliable result is done by utilizing modern and sophisticated means such as Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). The PM quality inspection section is responsible of ensuring that our procedures and equipment guarantee the required dimensions of the products.
