​ Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) policy​ ​ ​ Objectives:​​

Operate and Manage industrial projects and productions and provide them the highest quality and safety standards of technical and logistical support and consultation.

Methodology:
  • 1 – Establishment and documentation of an integrated management system for quality, occupational health, safety and environment as a part of the company's fundamental policies in which it includes all tasks to fulfill the requirements of the following international standards: ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
  • 2- Apply the highest quality and safety standards.
  • 3 – Looking ahead to provide knowledge and training on modern methods besides continuous reviewing the performance and competency.
    • Commitments:
      • 1 – Complying with legislations and regulations of environment, safety and occupational health.
      • 2 – Applying the integrated management system into the company's strategies and processes.
      • 3 – Managing QHSE risks and environmental impacts of the company's processes.
      • 4 – Setting QHSE annual objectives to achieve continuous improvement and sustainability and to be compatible with this policy.
      • 5 – Promoting QHSE awareness and enhance confidence of stakeholders.
      • 6 – QHSE policies shall be regularly reviewed to ensure suitability with the developing work environment.
      • 7 – Implementing the requirements of the following standards: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007.
Quality Management Policy Statement:

We at National Company for Mechanical System established a Quality Management System, to support our strategy in meeting the Total Customer Satisfaction and we are committed to its continuous improvement by providing a framework for measuring and enhancing our services.

Top Management shall have the overall accountability of NCMS's Quality Management System that all the ISO9001:2015 requirements are adhered in the Quality management planning and Operations activities.

National Company for Mechanical System's Quality Policy calls for frequent development of Quality Management System that warrants efficiency in our activities. Our business will be led according to the following principles:

  • To comply with the requirements of International Quality System standard (ISO 9001:2015), statutory & regulatory standards and related standards including the Aerospace and Defense industries as applicable.
  • To work professionally amongst our qualified staff, with clients, and suppliers to achieve the highest Quality standards in our products and services.

All personnel shall be guided by the contents of this Quality Management System, Policy and they are accountable to its implementation and development.​

Knowledge Management Policy Statement​​: ​

We at National Company for Mechanical System established a knowledge Management System, to enhance our knowledge capabilities to support our strategy and meeting Customer Satisfaction and we are committed to provide a framework for measuring, reviewing and achieving knowledge management objectives and continues Improvements.


Top Management shall have the overall accountability of NCMS's Knowledge Management System and commit that all ISO30401:2018 regulatory and other requirements are satisfied.


National Company for Mechanical System's knowledge management policy requires the establishment of a culture that values knowledge, the involvement of all employees effectively, the adoption of global best practice efficiently and ensure the company's knowledge level to customers and stakeholders.

 

National Company for mechanical systems shall comply with ISO30401:2018 to meet customers and stakeholder's satisfaction, by acquiring, generating, storing knowledge and share it and publish it as where needed and applicable, and commit to manage the balance between knowledge sharing and knowledge protection.​
